Regression Analysis for Crop Production Using CLARANS Algorithm

Crop production rate relies on rainfall over Rejang Lebong district. Data showed a discrepancy between increased crop and in District. However, the spatiotemporal distribution of variable's dependencies remains unclear. This study analyses relationship district based performance machine learning method. In addition, this research also performed regression analysis to carry out clusters production. order provides information form cluster results determine how much variable influences each cluster. Harnessing Elbow, CLARANS, Simple Linear Regression, Silhouette Coefficient methods, used 231 data sourced from Bengkulu BMKG 110 for plant obtained BPS Province 2000-2022. found that optimal were 3 clusters. C1 contains 106 with largest value chili = 0.127, C2 15 mustard greens 0.135, C3 cabbage 0.408, eggplant 0.197, carrots 0.201. Furthermore, biggest correlation crops highly significant improvement would be commodity (Y=0.4114X+0.2013) plantation high RSME (0.9897).
